Voynova Global Solutions ("Voynova", "we", "us") provides AI-assisted verification and matching of blue-collar workers with employers in the EU. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national laws in Serbia, Greece and India.
What we collect
- Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, nationality)
- Identity documents (passport, visa, qualifications) for verification
- Skill and experience data (video demos, interview transcripts, scores)
- Employer and agent company details
- Technical data (IP address, device, log data) for security and abuse prevention
How we use it
- To verify worker identity and qualifications
- To match verified workers with employer job orders
- To detect fraud, duplicates and document tampering
- To comply with legal and immigration obligations
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing. We never sell personal data. Sensitive fields such as passport numbers are masked in the UI and encrypted at rest.
