By creating an account or using the Voynova SkillAI platform you agree to these terms. The platform connects blue-collar workers with employers and agents and provides AI-assisted verification of identity, documents and skills.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You confirm the information you submit is accurate and your own.
• Employers and agents confirm they have legal authority to hire or represent workers.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit forged, altered or another person's documents.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the platform.
• Do not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully.

AI scoring

Verification scores are decision-support tools, not legal determinations. Final hiring and visa decisions remain with the employer and competent authorities. Suspicious profiles are reviewed by humans before any rejection.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time and request deletion of your data.
